Changes during the LS block this year include additional teaching time for teachers and working time for students. Instead of one block being split into two LS periods the first half is going to stay about the same and the second half will be called “Charger Time.” |

Money from Class of '09 seniorgift used for purchase The Class of 2009 donated money to the school. The gift is going toward the purchase of new cafeteria tables, which replaced ones that were as old as 10 to 12 years. Unlike the old tables with chairs that cracked over the years, the new tables have connecting stools that fold with the table. Stacking 700 chairs and folding 70 tables consumed much of the custodians’ time. |

Students get involved, cheer on peers Students have the privilege to attend different games to support our athletics, two of the sports being football and volleyball during the fall school year. Chantilly Charger football players worked hard in the summer to get ready for their first game. Many hours of practice give fans what they’re looking for at the games. |
